  1. How do I place an order online?

    A: You can contact our Client Service department at 09 829 0475 Monday-Friday, between 11:00am and 7:00pm (NZST) and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you with this. A representative will gladly take your order over the phone as well.

  2. Can I order from an overseas address or send an order to an overseas address?

    A: This site services New Zealand clients and addresses only.

    For all other orders, please proceed to our site footer for links to our other global Bradford stores for ordering alternatives.

  3. What is your guarantee policy?

    A: Our guarantee is the best in the business: up to 365 days on select items! If for any reason you do not wish to keep any item ordered from us, we guarantee that you may return it to us for a full refund of the issue price.

    Our specific guarantee period for items we offer are: Fine Collectables up to 365 days, Jewellery up to 120 days, Personalised products due to the personalisation, these editions may not be returned unless faulty. Coins up to 14 days, Apparel and Accessories up to 30 days.
