  1. Extended Satisfaction Guarantee
    This document explains how our Extended Satisfaction Guarantee works. This guarantee is only offered for single items (i.e. no collection items or coins), and is currently only available for sales made via phone.
  2. Guarantee Period
    Every product we sell comes with a full 12 month, no fuss guarantee that allows you to return any item for any reason in this period. The Extended Satisfaction Guarantee extends this time to 4 years (48 months) from the date of purchase, meaning that you can return the item for a full refund for any reason during this extended period.
  3. What’s covered in this guarantee
    Only the item listed in the Extended Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate is covered. If you notice an error in the product details listed in your Extended Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate, please contact us within 45 days so we can update our records. After 45 days, the named product cannot be changed.
  4. Who pays for your expenses?
    We will cover the cost of returning your product. Once your claim is processed, we’ll provide you with a free reply-paid address for shipping.
  5. How to cancel the Extended Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you decide that you don’t want the Extended Satisfaction Guarantee, you can simply cancel it within 45 days of receiving your Extended Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate by contacting our friendly customer service team.
  6. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  7. How does it work?

    Step 1: After purchase, you will be provided with an Extended Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate, confirming the customer and product details in the format below. Please check this to ensure your details and the product details are accurate.

     

    Step 2: If you want to make a claim under the Extended Satisfaction Guarantee, simply contact our friendly customer service team with your proof of purchase and Extended Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate. Our team will guide you through the process. Step 3: After your claim is processed, our team will advise on the return process and next steps for your refund. We will advise you if any additional information is required to process your claim.
