DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where do you deliver to - We currently only deliver to anywhere within New Zealand. If you require a delivery outside of New Zealand, please use the link at the bottom of the page for one of our Bradford International sites.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering - Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific date for delivery. Our products are delivered by NZ Post. If the product is delivered and you are not at home, they will leave a card for you to collect the goods from your local post office. We can also arrange for your item to be delivered to an alternative address such as a work place to make delivery more convenient for you. If you wish to add an alternative delivery address, please provide these details along with your order in the checkout process.
When will I receive my order - All orders are subject to stock availability and client credibility.

How can I pay for my invoice - We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard & Visa Only), cheque or postal order*. You can telephone our customer service team on +61 2 9841 3311 to make a payment (AEST), alternatively you can send your payment to the applicable address below:

I have paid by card, when will my card be debited - Your card will be debited on the date of dispatch. If you have chosen to pay monthly instalments by a Visa or MasterCard future payments will be debited automatically every 28 days after dispatch.
Are my details secure - The Bradford Exchange is a well established company and has been for many years, please go to the link "About Us" to find out more. We can assure you that we follow all the relevant security requirements to ensure any details provided are totally secure.
*Remember, for your convenience we offer interest-free monthly instalments. However, in the event that you are unable to afford a payment please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email (customers@bradex.com.au) and we can discuss an alternative suitable payment plan with you.
