GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Bradford Exchange will issue/accept the Gift Voucher in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable law.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We can accept your payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Cheque and money order payments can also be accepted. Please send to: The Bradford Exchange Level 1, 88 Phillip St Parramatta NSW 2150. Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.
WHAT WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE?
- The recipient will receive a Bradford Exchange branded voucher for exclusive use with The Bradford Exchange. The voucher will include a unique code number, value and validity period. The back of the voucher will include the Terms and Conditions of Use and information on how the voucher can be redeemed.
DELIVERY
- Gift Vouchers will be sent by standard mail through Australia Post. Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.
- All deliveries are subject to approval of payment. If payment is declined after the Gift Voucher has been sent, then the Gift Voucher will be cancelled immediately and a letter will be sent to the purchaser of the Gift Voucher. The Bradford Exchange will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect or incomplete delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser.
HOW AND WHERE CAN YOU USE THE GIFT VOUCHER
- The Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at The Bradford Exchange, via phone or mail.
- You cannot redeem your Gift Voucher for cash, nor is it transferable.
- No change will be given. The remaining amount will be credited to your account and can be used in whole or part against future purchases.
- Your Gift Voucher may only be used to make purchases up to the Gift Voucher value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Voucher value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
VALIDITY AND EXPIRY OF GIFT VOUCHERS
- Your Gift Voucher will be valid for use for twelve months from the date of issue.
LOST OR STOLEN GIFT VOUCHERS
- Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY GIFT VOUCHER
- You cannot exchange your Gift Voucher denomination or type of Gift Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount.
CAN I CANCEL MY GIFT VOUCHER
- No, you cannot cancel your Gift Voucher.
EXCHANGING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT VOUCHER
- Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Voucher may be exchanged or returned subject to The Bradford Exchange returns and exchange policy. This may include the right to issue a Gift Voucher or place a credit on your account instead of other tender, cash or discount.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
- We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these terms and conditions at any time where the change is required:
- To add or remove goods or services which may be purchased with the Gift Vouchers;
- For infrastructural, systems, administrative or operational reasons or to prevent the occurrence of fraud or other unlawful or unacceptable conduct;
- To comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgment of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or
- Where we, acting reasonably, consider that it will not be to your detriment.
