Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
- If you require your item to be delivered on a specific date, please contact our customer services department on +61 02 9841 3311 Monday-Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm (AEST) and one of our friendly team will look into this for you.
- If you wish to proceed with your order using our standard delivery service we are sorry we are unable to provide a specific date for delivery.
What if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?
- If you're not at home when Australia Post try to deliver your item(s), they will leave a delivery card explaining how to collect it from your local post office.
