Guaranteed Mothers Day Delivery Deadlines
For guaranteed Mothers Day delivery, your orders* must be placed online before 2:00pm (AEST) on Friday 4th May 2012.
All personalised product orders must be placed online before 2:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 25th April 2012. For all personalised products to be guaranteed for Mothers Day delivery, we require a minimum payment of the first instalment plus the postage and handling charge.
*Products excluded from guaranteed Mothers Day delivery are all products that have a pre-order disclaimer on the product page with expected delivery in 2012.
How long is delivery? - We aim to deliver your item directly to your door within 28 working days of ordering. Kindly note that all sales are subject to reservation acceptance and product availability. Credit criteria may apply.
I have waited 28 days and have not received my item, what should I do now? - We apologise that you have not received your item. Please note that some items may take longer to be manufactured than originally anticipated and be assured that we work closely with our suppliers to ensure delivery times are kept to a minimum.

What if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered? - If you're not at home when Australia Post try to deliver your item(s), they will leave a delivery card explaining how to collect it from your local post office.
